Lighting the Way Forward

The Lantern-Keeper

How I show up for the clinicians coming up behind me.

Over the years, I've worn a lot of hats in this field: direct service, supervision, program management, even a short stint as an instructor. But somewhere around year five, the hat I reached for most often was this one.

How I Supervise

I'm here to help you grow into the confident, capable clinician you're meant to be. My supervisory style blends directness, humor, and energy. I'm solution-focused, and I aim to empower the people I work with to tackle real challenges while still feeling supported and encouraged along the way.

I believe supervision isn't just about skills. It's about helping you take care of yourself as a clinician, too. This work is demanding, and I'm just as committed to helping you maintain balance and well-being as I am to helping you grow as a clinician.

Theory That Actually Sticks

Whether I'm supervising one associate or training a whole team, the goal is the same: connect the theory to the real-world practice so it actually sticks. I want the clinicians I work with to walk away feeling more capable, not just more credentialed.
